This project involved a simple rear extension and internal refurbishment to create a more useful and comfortable ground-floor layout, combining a snug, kitchen and dining area.

A new slot side window was positioned to relate to the dining table to bring light into the dining space while maintaining privacy. We provided a landscaping layout and levels plan, helping the new extension connect more naturally with the garden.
