Brighton Warm Roof Project CIC

Tom Booker is leading Brighton Warm Roof Project, a community interest initiative exploring how reroofing can make existing homes warmer, less draughty and more energy efficient, with minimal disruption inside.

The project brings together two strands:

• Practical pilot projects: designing and monitoring warm roof upgrades in local homes to demonstrate their benefits.
• Community awareness and planning: sharing findings, engaging residents and professionals, and making the case for planning changes that could make these upgrades more widely available.
